Add the items to the Cart and specify the delivery details for automatic calculation of delivery. After that, choose the type of departure that suits you. All orders are sent by Russian Post or EMS Courier service, after 100% prepayment. Parcels are sent 2 times a week.

International orders are shipped by Russian Post or EMS. Be careful when filling in your personal data, such as: first and last name, phone number, address, zip code and email. This will help us to ship your order as soon as possible.

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the region of residence and dexterity of employees of the National Post. Delivery is carried out within 1– 5 weeks.

Some packages may be delayed due to reasons beyond our control. If the parcel is lost due to the fault of the delivery service, we, unfortunately, will not be able to return the money to you, but we can help in the search and provide all the documents for investigation.

You can pay for the order on our website in a convenient way for you: by card or PayPal (not available for Russian Federation) or via Internet banking. Return and Refund Policy
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
